La Verte Forêt was created in response to a pattern seen repeatedly in high-pressure environments.
Capable professionals carrying responsibility, performing well while their thinking space quietly narrowed.
Work pressure didn’t stay at work. It followed people home.
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring over 25 years of experience in IT and transformation leadership,
including senior roles supporting high-stakes decisions, and I am a Project Management Professional (PMP®).
La Verte Forêt exists to offer a calm, structured space where complexity can be held, thinking can settle,
and decisions regain their proper weight.
Why this experience matters
I understand what it means to operate in environments where:

I’ve worked inside complex systems, tight timelines, and demanding expectations.
I know the mental load this creates — and the cost of carrying it alone.
My role is not to advise or direct, but to help structure thinking, reduce mental noise,
and restore sound judgment — at work and at home.
How I approach this work
I don’t believe clarity comes from pushing harder, adding more frameworks, or trying to optimise every part of life.
It comes from:

There is no fixing, no pressure, and no performance required.

While my work draws on coaching, reflection, and psychological insight, it is non-clinical and decision-focused.
It supports clearer thinking and sustainable ways of carrying responsibility, rather than treatment or diagnosis.
